Mohave Feature Menu – #Millennial Month
Avocado and Quinoa Bruschetta
Avocado spread over toasted baguette. Topped with tomatoes, red onion, toasted garlic, quinoa, black beans and parsley. Finished with a lemon pesto.
East Indian fritter with cauliflower, spinach, carrot, potatoes and cilantro. Battered with chickpea flour and deep fried to golden brown. Served with yogurt raita for dipping.
Roma tomatoes, bocconcini, chilli flakes and fresh basil. Drizzled with balsamic reduction and truffle oil.
Mohave Buddha Bowl
Brown rice, edamame beans, tofu, cilantro, carrot, avocado, cucumber, roasted yam and bean sprouts. Served with a sesame hoisin vinaigrette.
Cajun spiced 6oz filet of salmon, succotash, grilled asparagus and charred lemon.
Vegan Chocolate Cake
Vegan decadence chocolate cake served with mixed berries.
