Grilled Sirloin steak, fresh roma tomatoes and brie cheese melted on top slices of fresh cooked baguette. Served with horseradish cream for dipping.
Santé Fe Sirloin Salad
Charbroiled sirloin steak thinly sliced atop a crispy spiced flour tortilla, mixed greens, tomato, red onion, black beans, olives and cheese. Chipotle citrus dressing finishes this salad off.
Alberta Beef Tenderloin & Crab Cake
A grilled 6oz. Alberta Beef tenderloin paired with a rock crab cake fried golden and served with Mohave’s roasted red jacket potatoes, glazed baby carrots and asparagus.
Grilled Sirloin Steak & Beef Ribs
A grilled 6oz. cut from the prized Top Sirloin Cap is paired with two roasted BBQ Beef ribs, smashed fingerling potatoes and vegetables of the day.
The Alberta Burger
A 10oz. house made Alberta beef chuck patty served on a locally made tuxedo Bun with bacon, cheddar, crisp fried onions, house made BBQ sauce, lettuce and fresh tomato slices. Served with wedge cut garlic fries and chipotle aioli.
Warm Peach Crumble
Delicate peach mixture topped with a Brown sugar, almond and butter topping baked till bubbly and golden. Served with fresh cream and berries.
